ATM News Network: The central admission process for agricultural and agriculture-related education and vocational courses in the state will begin from Saturday, June 24. Students who have appeared for the MH-CET as well as other national entrance exams related to the respective courses are required to register and submit applications online through the website www.mahacet.org.
The deadline for applications and registration is July 9. The admission process for agricultural courses is conducted based on the CET scores. Often, students attempt to apply online without reading the information booklet, which leads to difficulties in submission. It is advised that students read the information booklet thoroughly before submitting their applications, as announced by Dr. Rajendra Suryavanshi, Principal of Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Agricultural University, Kolhapur.
Under Mahatma Phule Agricultural University, there are ten agricultural colleges across ten districts. Students from these districts who have given preferences for the respective agricultural colleges will receive a 70% reservation for admission.
The admission process for agricultural universities has already begun. Successful students in the twelfth grade science stream will need to complete online registration and application with all necessary documents on the respective website, as announced by Dr. Rajendra Suryavanshi, Assistant Registrar, Principal of Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Agricultural University, Kolhapur.
