'GROW 2' training program held for Kay Bee Sales representatives

ATM News Network: One of the leading Agriculture input manufacturing company, Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt Ltd conducted a training program for its sales representatives in presence of the company Director, Sachin Yadav. The training program was conducted at the company headquarters at Phaltan, Satara.

Kay Bee’s special training program “GROW 2 - Be Ready for Opportunities at Work” for Sales Representatives in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State was organised on 12th April 2023. The training program was started by Laxman Patil. Amita Bhosale gave the introductory speech, explaining the training program's objective and how it would be structured.

In the said training program, Sachin Yadav guided the audience on various aspects of sales. "Without a pen and paper, one cannot succeed. At this time, he expressed a strong opinion that the person who does not have a pen and paper is not serious about his duties,” said Mr. Yadav.

The main session was started by Amita Bhosle, who explained in depth the roles and responsibilities of all sales executives. Explained the company's mission and what are the major responsibilities and tasks of SM, ASM, TSM, SE, SO, and others. Also, she asserted that there is no shortcut to success. It requires consistency, hard work and proper guidance.

In the next session, Dr Nilesh More and Praveen Dhaygude gave information about the new product in granulation. Similarly, Vishal Sharma, Sharad Nimbalkar and Prashant Dhaygude imparted vocational training. In this, they explained to the audience the key aspects of 'all sales plans, product price list and sales returns'.

There should be no competition with anyone, no aspiration to get ahead of anyone, just determination to prove yourself. Encouraging this, during the training session Ruta Bhat mainly provided in-depth guidance through her instructional videos on how to build a team, how to make new recruits, and what is the employee referral scheme.

An appreciation ceremony to applaud well-performing sales representatives was conducted during the training program. For their performance, Sachin Kakade and Prashant Bhosale were felicitated by the Director, Sachin Yadav. The vote of thanks was performed by Laxman Patil and concluded the training session.
