ATM News Network: Ellume Solar, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, has successfully secured a 100MW solar project in Maharashtra under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana. The project was awarded through a competitive bidding process by MAHAGENCO, the state power generation company.
The objective of the initiative is to solarize agricultural feeders, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to farmers for their farming needs. Over the course of 25 years, this project is projected to generate 4,226 million units of power, significantly contributing to Maharashtra's renewable energy targets.
